Goal

Reassure and motivate a new employee.



Description

The first day is crucial to make a new employee feel welcomed. What is at stake : setting the course for the future, informing, reassuring and motivating. For that, he/she will need to have a clear understanding of his/her mission, schedule, the company's rules of life and a good initial contact with all the teams. Feeling welcomed is important to MOTIVATE Feeling supervised is also important to REASSURE



Chronology

1. A welcome interview following a new employee's arrival

4. A detailed program for his/her first day
